This 6 week introductory workshop is designed specifically for beginners who are ready to explore the foundations of Vinyasa Flow in a supportive, accessible environment. Each week, we'll build on essential poses, breathwork and movement techniques to help you develop confidence, strength and flexibility, both on and off the mat.

INTENTIONAL STILLNESS AND DEEP RENEWAL

A luxuriously slow moving class, where pose moves effortlessly into pose. Including Pranyama and deep relaxation to leave you feeling deeply nourished.

A transformative, restorative style of Yoga that utilises long-held poses to release tension and unlock energy flow, finishing with a short Nidra practise to promote relaxation and balance.
